George Williams (county clerk)

I can't believe what I read in the Oswego Valley News today about the county clerk, George Williams. I will say one thing, he has a pair of big kahunas. He must think he runs this county single handedly. I got news for you George, you might think you do,  but you don't. I think that the tax payers might have something to say about that.

At least he can't be accused of bid rigging, it looks like he just cut out the bidding process all together.
